We are hansen
Hansen GmbH is a family-owned company founded in 1984 and based in Haselund in North Frisia, which develops and produces custom LED solutions for illuminated advertising, retail interiors, elevators, architecture and industry. The portfolio includes LED panel lighting, LED profiles, LED chains and tubes, converters, power supplies, neon ballasts (EVGs), controls as well as converter boxes and cabinets. All essential manufacturing steps, from electronics production to the finished luminaire, take place under one roof at the headquarters; the development department creates layouts, prototype PCBs and control concepts whose robustness is tested in climate chambers under extreme environmental conditions. Three SEI laser systems of the type Mercury 2030 V500 are used for the production of LED panel lighting; the materials processed are acrylic and LED modules encapsulated in transparent polyurethane resin. The in-house light measurement technology with an integrating sphere (Ulbricht sphere) and measuring devices from Zeiss, Minolta and Gossen ensures reproducible results. The processes are certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, and the products are delivered worldwide via a global distribution network.
