Hanwa Vacuum Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. is an independent manufacturer of vacuum system technology with research and development, production and distribution under one roof. The product portfolio comprises foam suction tools, suction cup tools, vacuum suction cups (flat suction cups, wave suction cups, needle suction cups), multi-stage vacuum generators, customized suction cups as well as fastening elements such as ball-joint mounting clips. Suction tools are made from high-strength aluminium profiles and equipped with integrated multi-stage vacuum generator modules; suction cups are made of elastomers such as NBR, HX, H1, H2 as well as FDA-compliant silicone. The company develops tailored vacuum solutions including on-site analysis, electrical integration and rapid manufacturing. Applications are in packaging, chemicals, automotive, food, electronics, building materials and woodworking. Production is located in Wuxi (China); the German and European market is served via HANVAC GmbH in Grevenbroich.
