About Hapert Trailers
Hapert Trailers is a Dutch family company based in Hapert (North Brabant) that has been manufacturing lightweight trailers up to 3,500 kg for around 60 years. The product range includes flatbed and plateau trailers (Azure), tipper trailers (Cobalt), machine and car transporters (Indigo) as well as closed box bodies and refrigerated trailers (Sapphire). Production begins with chassis manufacturing in the company's own welding shop, where steel parts are tack-welded and then fully welded by welding robots; afterwards the chassis are hot-dip galvanized in a full bath. In assembly, floors, side panels, axles, wheels, lighting and, in the case of closed bodies, roofs, hatches, windows, refrigeration units and ventilation are installed. Floor materials used include multiplex, a recyclable thermoplastic composite made of long glass fibres in polypropylene with a honeycomb core, or optionally aluminium profile floors. The trailers are distributed via a dealer network and are in use throughout Europe.

Steel, hot-dip galvanized
Chassis are fully welded and hot-dip galvanized in a full bath for durable corrosion protection.
Composite (glass fibre in polypropylene, honeycomb core)
Recyclable, durable floor, roughly half the weight of multiplex, with a weight saving of up to approx. 250 kg.
Multiplex (wood-based material)
Standard floor material, among others of the machine transporters, with anti-slip coating.
Aluminium
Optional aluminium profile floors for machine transporters.
Checker plate (Treadplate)
Used, among other things, for tiltable storage compartments and sturdy components.

Quality
Finished trailers are inspected and accepted before delivery; all models are equipped with a TÜV-certified load securing system. A 10-year warranty plus one additional year of factory warranty is granted on the chassis.
