About HAPRO Thermodynamic Engineering
HAPRO Thermodynamic Engineering develops, manufactures and installs custom hot-air systems for industrial production processes. The portfolio comprises special systems built as one-off units as well as series components: air heaters (LE-R, LE-P), radial and side-channel blowers, thermal compact controllers and heat-resistant air hoses. The systems are used for processes such as thermal activation, thermal deburring, hot-air sterilisation, tempering, hot-air riveting, plastics finishing, hot-air drying, hot-air forming and hot-air shrinking. Temperature control is performed up to 900°C with an accuracy of 1°C; an in-house test facility for temperatures up to 900°C is available. Customers come among others from the plastics, automotive, food, chemical, metal and foundry technology, electronics, packaging, logistics, medical, pharmaceutical and textile industries. From briefing through design and construction to installation and commissioning, HAPRO manages the entire development and integration process of the systems.
