About habö
Harald Böhl GmbH, known under the habö CNC Dreh- und Frästechnik brand, manufactures complex turned and milled parts, high-precision machine components and complete assemblies to customer specifications. Production takes place on around 50 modern machining centers, including twelve 5-axis machining centers, eight 4-axis mill-turn centers, five multitasking and five pick-up mill-turn centers with automation such as pallet changers, bar feeders and portal loaders. In addition, metal 3D printing using the Markforged ADAM process and plastic 3D printing with continuous-fiber-reinforced materials are offered. All metals and plastics are machined, including titanium casting in the aerospace sector; one partial area is certified to EN 9100. Further core competencies include fixture building, electrical and automation engineering, patented fastening solutions and magnetic grippers for process automation. The company, with 110 employees on 10,500 m² of production space, is part of the BÖHL Group headquartered in Rosenthal (Hesse) and supplies customers from mechanical engineering, aerospace and general industry worldwide.
