About Harms & Wende
For over 80 years, Harms & Wende has been developing and manufacturing control systems, medium-frequency inverters and welding systems for resistance welding and friction welding, as well as quality assurance for these processes. The portfolio includes the GeniusMFI, GeniusHWI, Sinius and Filius control systems, the Primus HF product range for resistance spot welding, wire compacting and wire-braze soldering, the iSpot HFG device series for micro welding, friction welding systems of the RSM/RPS series, and power modules for welding currents above 240 kVA. In addition, the company offers the engineering of welding solutions including fully automated special-purpose machines, control cabinet construction, retooling of existing systems, trial welding in its own technology center with transformer station, spare parts service, repairs and training. Headquarters and production are located in Hamburg, with an additional training site in Karlsruhe. Fields of application are primarily the automotive industry, Industrial Solutions and precision micro welding applications.
