For CNC machining of individual parts through to large-scale series, all common materials are processed.
5-axis CNC milling
Complex parts up to 2940 x 1800 mm and 10 t per component, including individual parts, prototypes, series and gauges.
CNC turning
With sub-spindle and driven tools up to 300 mm diameter and 400 mm turning length in small to large batch sizes.
Conventional turning
For large components up to 800 mm diameter and 4000 mm length.
EDM
Complementary machining process within the manufacturing range.
Grinding
Surface/profile grinding up to 1200 x 300 mm as well as belt grinding.
Welding / welding robot
Expansion of the welding shop from 2015, automated welding with a welding robot since 2016.
Tube welding lines
Laser welding, TIG and HF for tubes from 4 x 0.1 to 1000 x 15 mm; fully automatic tack-welding station for tubes 168–800 mm up to 60 mm wall thickness.
Roll-forming lines
Complete solutions with working shaft diameters of 20–250 mm, from uncoiler to flying saw.
Bright annealing and annealing systems
Heat treatment as part of the plant peripherals for tube welding lines.
3D measuring machine
Inspection with inspection report on request, plus tactile and scanned measurement reports.
