About TrialONE
TrialONE is a product of Harwin Singh Malhi & Philip Degenhardt GbR, a two-person founding team from Munich. The software reads recordings (bags) or the live graph from ROS 2 robots, identifies the moment of the fault, localizes the cause down to file and line level or reports the affected physical component, and returns a reliable diagnosis with measured values. Results are forwarded to Slack, Discord, email, GitHub, or Foxglove; the diagnosis can be handed over to coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor. Every run and every check is recorded as a timeline history per robot, and the next recording verifies whether a repair has held. A local service installs with a single command and runs on Linux, Windows, NVIDIA Jetson, and Raspberry Pi. The GbR is working with pilot-phase customers from robotics, industrial automation, AMR/AGV, and research laboratories.

Software & Interfaces
ROS 2 Recordings & Live Graph
TrialONE reads ros2_control-based stacks and analyzes bags or the live graph in real time.
Coding Agent Integration
Diagnoses with evidence and source context are handed over to Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor to prepare changes.
Ticket and Messenger Integration
Faults are automatically forwarded as a GitHub issue, Slack or Discord message, or by email to the responsible person.

Principles & Quality
TrialONE indicates when it is uncertain instead of guessing, and every diagnosis states where the measured values come from. Access to the pilot phase is manually reviewed by the founders, and the software runs locally on the robot system.

History
Started with fault injection on simulated robots; later focus on diagnosing real robot recordings. Prior to the pilot phase, seeking first robotics teams.
