About Hasenauer & Hesser
Hasenauer & Hesser was founded in 2004 as a design and engineering service provider for mechanical and plant engineering as well as automation technology, and since 2008 has built up its own Additive Manufacturing division. The company produces plastic components using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and Multi Jet Fusion (MJF), with a focus on functional and series parts in quantities from 1 to 100,000 as well as prototypes and trade fair models. Production is complemented by consulting, design and engineering, a broad portfolio of post-processing and finishing (including glass bead blasting, dyeing, tumble finishing, chemical smoothing, machining), assembly of subassemblies with threaded inserts, and logistics. In addition to additively manufactured components and assemblies, the company manufactures and sells special valves for sampling and offers 3D digitization as well as outsourcing of series production. Production takes place at the Mühlacker site, conveniently located near Pforzheim on the A8 between Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Heilbronn and Mannheim.

Quality
Quality assurance systematically monitors material, process and outgoing goods and documents all relevant inspections in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. Each powder batch is checked by melt flow index measurement (MVR), and tensile specimens according to DIN EN ISO 527 are produced with every print job; for outgoing goods inspection, among other things, an optical 3D coordinate measuring machine KEYENCE VL-770 is available.
