About us – 40 Years of Precision Engineering
Hauer-Präzision GmbH, based in Heitersheim near Freiburg, has been manufacturing fine-mechanical machined parts with high precision for around 40 years. The product range includes CNC turning on turn-mill centers with driven tools as well as CNC milling on machines with up to 5 axes with automation options, focusing on small and medium batch sizes. In addition, the company offers finishing processes such as zinc plating, nickel plating, copper plating, blackening, anodizing, hardening and nitriding via external partners, and marks precision parts by laser with part numbers, serial numbers or graphics. For quality assurance, among other equipment a modern 3D coordinate measuring machine is available; first-article inspection reports are provided on request. The parts are made of metal and serve fine mechanics as well as other industries. With over 50 years of experience in training cutting machine operators and precision mechanics as well as currently four employed master craftsmen, the family-run company attaches great importance to well-founded specialist expertise at its Heitersheim location.
