Haug Biegetechnik is a contract manufacturer in Sonnenbühl (Baden-Württemberg) specializing in tube bending technology and industrial pipe processing. For over 30 years, the company has manufactured bent tube parts, hydraulic tubes and hydraulic lines to drawing – from single parts and small series through to series production. The range of services includes CNC-supported tube bending in 2D and 3D geometries, CNC machining of tube ends, flanges and threaded fittings, the assembly of hydraulic hoses as well as welding and brazing of pipe components. In addition, pipe meanders, cooling coils, cooling registers and heat exchanger tubes are produced, along with specialized tube systems for medical technology including Zistaplex tube processing. With a high depth of production, complete tube assemblies including pressure testing are delivered ready for installation. Over 500 tube types are permanently kept in stock; customers come from mechanical engineering, plant construction, vehicle manufacturing, medical technology and automation technology.
