haug bürsten KG is a family business with a craft tradition dating back to 1836, founded in 1962 by Traudel and Hans Haug for industrial brush production. At its Königsbrunn site, hygiene brushes and household brushes as well as accessories such as handles, water squeegees, floor devices, hand devices, kitchen aids, shovels and buckets are developed, manufactured and tested – all in its own plant on around 15,000 m² of production space within a 23,000 m² site. The hygiene range is geared to food-processing industries, including colour coding, HACCP-compliant and food-safe versions, and special lines such as ANTI BAC, ESD, METAL DETECT and Recycled. Plastics processed include PP, PA 6.0/6.6, polyester (PBT/PET), TPE, PVC, ABS and PEEK, plus food-grade rubber, cell foam, aluminium, stainless steel V4A, steel tube, fibreglass, brass wire and natural fibres. In the recycling range, brush bodies come almost 100 % from post-consumer recyclates; old brushes are recycled, ground and washed into defined regranulates.
