Haug Electronic Solutions is a family-owned manufacturer based in Stuttgart that produces custom cable assemblies, custom inductors and holistic solution electronics. Cable assembly – from a single wire to a ready-to-connect cable, unshielded or shielded, from 0.08 mm² to 300 mm² – takes place at its own production site Repro Elektronik Slovakia in Slovakia, exclusively in Europe. The portfolio includes chokes, switched-mode power supply transformers, current transformers, SMD components as well as shielding materials made of soft magnetic materials such as MUMETALL®, VITROVAC® and VITROPERM®. Inductors can be produced from a lot size of 1 piece, up to a volume of approx. 500 x 500 x 500 mm and approx. 30 kg weight. In addition, the company distributes electronic components such as power semiconductors, capacitors and connectors as a distribution partner of leading manufacturers. Customers come, among others, from automotive and electromobility, industrial automation, mechanical engineering, medical technology, the pharmaceutical industry, energy technology and telecommunications.

Every assembled cable assembly undergoes a 100 % electrical test; on request, high-voltage tests, insulation tests and dimensional checks. Inductors are tested up to 25 kV test voltage and 8 kV partial discharge inception voltage. The company is certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
