About Hauptkorn
Hauptkorn plans, develops, constructs, and installs its own systems for humidification, water, and process air technology. The company's origins lie in paint technology, which remains a core competency today: existing paint lines are converted to waterborne paint technology (Refit), supplemented by filterless overspray separation using cyclone technology. As early as 1995, Hauptkorn developed industrial high-pressure humidification technology, which has gained worldwide acceptance according to the company; this allows for controlled humidification of production and storage facilities of any size. The portfolio also includes compressed air preparation for waterborne paints and combustion air, the creation of test and process climates up to cleanroom technology, and modular, scalable water treatment up to centralized plant water supply. In addition to new systems, Hauptkorn handles transport, on-site installation, employee training including documentation, as well as long-term maintenance and care. Reference projects range from the door and facade industry to machine tool building and solar module manufacturing, as well as engine and plant construction.
