About Haux Mechanik GmbH

Since 1971, Haux Mechanik GmbH has been manufacturing ultra-precise custom turned parts in Göppingen. The production range covers single parts and small series with turning diameters up to 760 mm and turning lengths up to 1000 mm, of which up to 750 mm can be machined with bar feed. With tolerances of H4/g3 and hard turning of complex contours, subsequent processes such as grinding or honing are usually eliminated; every turned part receives a finished surface. The company supports customers from prototype development through to the end product. Measurement is carried out in-house on a climate-controlled Mitutoyo 9166 measuring machine; production and the measuring room are climate-controlled. Sustainability is part of the concept: the photovoltaic system generates around 110,000 kWh per year, significantly more energy than is consumed, and over 50% of the company vehicles are fully electric.
