Havelwasser is a sole proprietorship founded in 2015 by Rafael Kugel and based in Berlin (Richterstraße 5). The company sells beverage specialities whose common element is the pear. The flagship product Havelwasser is a carbonated drink made from pear juice and wine and is positioned as a counterpart to Alsterwasser. The product family also includes the EierBirne (liqueur with pear and egg), the Havler (herbal liqueur with pear), the Havelbrand (Williams Christ pear brandy) as well as Havelcider, Havelgin and Havelkorn.
