About HAVER & BOECKER
HAVER & BOECKER has been developing, producing and distributing high-tech mesh products, machinery and plant technologies, services and digital applications since 1887. In the field of Bulk & Liquid Management, the company supplies solutions for processing, transporting, storing and mixing bulk material as well as filling, packaging, palletizing and loading technology – from single machines to turnkey plants, including the ROTO-PACKER RS and RVT packaging machines. As a wire weaver, HAVER & BOECKER produces standard meshes and customer-specific mesh specifications made of metal wire mesh, including stainless steel, as well as filter elements, edging screens, mesh laminates, piezo screen electrodes and hybrid heating elements made of PEEK (HAVER AdPEEK). The products are used, among other things, in the cement and building materials industry, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, medical technology, the automotive industry, milling, environmental technology and architecture. The company has 50 subsidiaries and more than 150 representative offices worldwide and holds 751 patents in 160 patent families.

Materials and Processes
Stainless steel (corrosion-resistant steel)
Wire mesh for filters and screens with high corrosion resistance, used among other applications in chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
Metal wire mesh
Base material for filters, screens and molded parts with precisely determinable pore size and high intrinsic stability.
Wire mesh laminate
Metal mesh laminate for filter cartridges and filter plates in process gas filtration, temperature-resistant up to approx. 1,100 °C.
PEEK (HAVER AdPEEK)
High-performance plastic for hybrid heating elements, when conventional processing reaches its limits.
Plastic (injection molding)
Overmolding of wire mesh filters, e.g. for fuel filters for gasoline direct injection, in automated processes.
Ceramic
Ceramic filter elements for high-temperature filtration up to approx. 1,100 °C.
