Havit Hydraulik GmbH, headquartered in Baar-Ebenhausen near Ingolstadt, specializes in high-pressure flanges and components for hydraulic pipelines. The product range comprises more than 8,000 different parts: flange connections per ISO 6162 / SAE J518 (3000 and 6000 PSI), flange connections per ISO 6164 and CETOP, an proprietary retaining ring system, 37° flare flanges with sealing ring, connections for gear pump flanges as well as seamless welded fittings such as pipe bends, tees and reducers per DIN EN 10253-2. The products are made of steel (bare or electro-galvanized or with zinc-nickel coating), stainless steel 1.4404 and, in some cases, aluminium, and are designed for pressures up to 400 or 420 bar. Special parts are available on request. The components are used in mobile and industrial hydraulics, mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, offshore applications, refineries, power plants and oil drilling platforms. The company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 (scope: processing and distribution of high-pressure flanges) and serves customers in German and English.
