About Hawido AG
Hawido AG, based in Sirnach (Canton Thurgau, Switzerland), has been developing and producing self-medium-controlled control valves for drinking water supply, irrigation, fire-fighting water and reservoir management for more than 35 years. The product range includes pressure reducing valves, pressure relief and pressure sustaining valves, flow limiting valves, open/close valves with float control and special functions, as well as strainers with filter screen and matching accessories. At the Sirnach site, the entire production chain is mastered – from machining of the raw castings to TIG and MAG welding, epoxy powder coating using the fluidized bed sintering process (GSK) and 100% final inspection of every control valve. A generous warehouse at the site enables very short delivery times. In addition to manufacturing, the company offers consulting and engineering office services as well as inspections and overhauls of all common pressure reducing valves. As a Swiss manufacturer, Hawido delivers worldwide and stands for reliability, functionality, safety and quality.

Used for welding work using TIG (141) and MAG (135) on components with wall thicknesses of approx. 1.8 to 12.0 mm.
Castings (raw castings)
Raw castings are machined at the Sirnach site and processed up to final inspection.
Epoxy powder coating (fluidized bed sintering process)
High-quality corrosion protection for valves according to the GSK process.

Certified welding processes according to EN ISO 4063 for steel of material group 1.1.
