Hawlik GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1966 as an engineering office and has evolved into a development office with its own manufacturing operations in the field of weighing and dosing technology. The company designs and manufactures complex weighing and dosing systems as well as bulk material components such as rotary valve feeders, gate valves, flap valves, diverter switches, segment gates, changeover diverters and twin-flap free-fall gates. Manufacturing is laser-based using CNC-controlled sheet metal processing machines, while design is carried out seamlessly in 3D CAD. The range of services also includes custom designs, upgrading and expansion of existing systems, installation and alignment, fault analysis, repairs, spare parts stocking and scale verification support. The products are used, among other applications, in ready-mix concrete plants, precast concrete plants, dry mortar plants, recycling plants, incineration plants and smelters. The company's headquarters with development and manufacturing are located in Eppingen-Richen in Baden-Württemberg.
