About HBC-radiomatic

HBC-radiomatic GmbH develops and manufactures industrial radio remote controls for cranes, machinery, vehicles and custom special applications. The family-owned company, founded in 1947 by Alfred Huber and Martin Brendel in Crailsheim and originally started as a radio-technology laboratory, offers radio transmitters, radio receivers, data radio systems and radio systems for explosion-protected areas. Production is carried out with a vertical integration of around 90 % at the company's own production facility in Crailsheim, including in-house component manufacturing and self-developed and self-manufactured control elements such as master switches and linear levers; housings are offered in plastic or aluminium with protection rating IP 65. With around 500 employees worldwide, an export share of over 60 %, six foreign subsidiaries and a sales and service network in more than 40 countries, HBC-radiomatic delivers worldwide — from steelworks and drilling platforms to large construction sites. The offering is complemented by frequency management procedures, service concepts and consulting on approvals and cybersecurity.
