About HC GmbH Helmut Clemens
HC GmbH Helmut Clemens is a contract manufacturer for CNC-machined precision parts, founded in 1994 in Nettetal-Breyell. The company manufactures turned parts, 5-sided milled parts and complex geometries from aluminium, steel, tool steel, stainless steel and plastics – from prototype and sample production through to series production. Design and CNC programming are carried out in the company's own CAD/CAM department in 2.5D and 3D. The machine park comprises around 15 CNC machines, some automated, including a mill-turn machine and a dual 5-axis system with automation (2021); production runs in two shifts, with an additional unmanned third shift on selected machines. The range of services is complemented by TIG and MIG/MAG welding, assembly of component groups with functional testing, surface treatment via long-standing partners, and logistics with an own delivery van within a 100 km radius, freight forwarding or UPS shipping. The Nettetal site offers 1200 m² of production space and 300 m² of office and staff facilities; 13 employees manufacture for the B2B supply industry and mechanical engineering. Since 2006 the quality management system has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001.
