About HD Industrie
HD Industrie GmbH was founded in April 2011 and develops, designs and manufactures industrial valves to DIN and ANSI standards as well as expansion joints to individual customer specifications. The valve range includes ball valves, butterfly valves, check valves, gate valves, control valves, spacer and adaptor pieces as well as pneumatic and electric actuators, including metal-seated ball valves for extreme operating conditions with pressures up to 2000 bar and temperatures up to 850 °C. In the field of metal processing, cast parts including precision CNC machining are produced, including filter and valve housings in aluminium die casting, complemented by waterjet cutting, KTL and powder coating. In addition, the company offers industrial services such as maintenance, assembly and repair of industrial plants with over 25,000 m² of workshops in Belgium, the Netherlands and Southeast Europe. Products and services are used, among others, in environmental technology, district heating, the energy and power plant industry, petrochemicals, the oil and gas industry, shipbuilding and in water and seawater applications. The headquarters is located in Gevelsberg; a further site is IKS d.o.o. in Sarajevo-Ilidža.

Quality
The company manufactures to DIN and ANSI standards and offers valves with drinking water and gas approvals as well as test certificates according to ISO 16904, API 6D, BS 6364 and VCA-P. Production includes mechanical machining, assembly and final inspection of the components.
