HDC-Fertiggruben GmbH, headquartered in Troisdorf (North Rhine-Westphalia), is a manufacturer of prefabricated pits, inspection pits, maintenance pits and service pits made of steel for car workshops, commercial vehicle workshops, rail vehicles and construction machinery. The INNOFLEX product family of steel prefabricated pits features a containment system for water-polluting liquids and holds a general building authority approval (DIBt, Z-38.5-300). All pits are equipped as standard with a hard plastic floor (PowerFloor); built-in cabinets with stainless steel sliding doors are available as options. The service portfolio covers construction planning and assessment of the structural requirements, manufacturing, installation by an in-house installation team, acceptance, maintenance, as well as custom special and industrial solutions such as the retrofit installation of roller covers. The portfolio is complemented by oil dispensing equipment, oil management systems, workshop accessories, a 3D pit configurator, tender texts (GAEB) and a mobile demo service with a demonstration pit.

Quality & Certifications
Regular in-house quality controls are supplemented by certification of each individual pit; every HDC prefabricated pit receives a so-called lifetime record file. Installation is carried out by a trained installation team with subsequent joint acceptance for quality assurance.
