HDT Henke Datentechnik GmbH was founded in 1989 and specializes in print, copy and scan solutions for companies of all industries. The portfolio includes the distribution of printers, copiers, fax and multifunction devices from the manufacturers Kyocera, HP, Epson, Zebra and Compuprint as well as special solutions for form, barcode and label printing. In addition, the company offers customized print and copy concepts (per-page price concepts), placement analyses, software-controlled toner ordering, nationwide on-site service and workshop repairs. With the 3D printing service, prototypes can be produced. An in-house development of HDT is PrintToDisplay (introduced in 2021, with utility model protection and patent application), a digital signage solution that prints directly to displays via the Windows print function. At the headquarters in Castrop-Rauxel, large warehouse, workshop and logistics capacities as well as a team of technicians trained by the manufacturers are available.
