HE.WAL Metallprodukte GmbH & Co. KG is a system supplier for aluminium extrusion products founded in 1991 in Crailsheim. The company sources standard and custom-drawn profiles independently of any press plant and machines them mechanically – sawing, punching, drilling and milling as well as 5-axis CNC machining of components up to 8 m in length; mechanical machining of profiles is possible up to 16 m in length. In addition, HE.WAL offers aluminium welding, vibratory finishing, brushing and CNC machining of stainless steel (V2A, V4A) including laser marking. The production of assemblies in small and large series takes place at the two sister companies ALU JELKA (Jelka) and ALU SLOVAKIA (Hliník nad Hronom) in Slovakia on a total of approx. 6,700 m² of production and storage space; over 4,000 tonnes of aluminium profiles are processed annually. Customers include Metabo, BMW, Scheppach, Daikin and Schüco from industries such as automotive, construction, mechanical engineering and window construction. The headquarters in Crailsheim manages sales, administration and development.
