heat 11 is a plant manufacturer specialising in heat transfer technology, based in Bielefeld. The company plans, manufactures, installs and services thermal oil systems, electric heaters, fired heaters, heating-cooling systems, secondary circuits, steam generators, waste heat boilers, pump groups and container systems for industrial process heat – partly also as turnkey solutions. The systems cover a temperature range of −100 to +560 °C; thermal oil, steam, hot water and molten salts are used as heat transfer media. In addition, waste heat boilers and heat recovery systems are offered. The service portfolio includes engineering, system manufacturing, installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, inspection in accordance with DIN 4754 as well as replacement and retrofit solutions and a 24/7 emergency service. With electric heaters and heating-cooling systems, heat 11 also supplies major projects in HDPE production. Production is certified to ISO 9001:2015, DIN EN ISO 3834-2 and AD-2000 HP0 and can be approved under foreign codes and standards (e.g. ASME, China Stamp AQSIQ). Further locations are in Kirchlengern, Bruchmühlen, Ebersbach, Kraków and Shanghai.
