Heatconnect AG, part of the Barmettler Group, specialises in pipeline and well construction for geothermal and energy networks. The offering includes consulting and planning of geothermal, well and pipeline construction projects, the installation of buried PE pipelines for energy, water and ventilation including manifolds, shafts and valves, in-building pipework as well as well construction and groundwater systems. Polyethylene is used as the material, processed using butt welding and electrofusion methods; pipes up to 500 mm can be machined in the company's own workshop and custom constructions fabricated. The scope of services includes installation and pressure testing, leak-tightness and fill-level testing, filling of systems, sealed building entry points, interior pipework, owner representation as well as repair, service and maintenance work including leak detection and brine-side repairs. Depending on their needs, customers receive complete solutions or partial projects with a single point of contact and overall responsibility. Within the Barmettler Group, Erdenergie AG (geothermal probe drilling) and Dumper AG (machine rental) complement the value chain.
