About HeatNeutral

HeatNeutral is a Swiss clean-tech start-up based in Osogna (TI), specialised in highly efficient heating systems. The company develops and produces a certified multi-fuel burner (5–31 kW) that can be retrofitted into existing heating systems as a drop-in solution – according to the company, only four screws are required. The burner combusts 100 % biofuels, including raw biofuels, at the same efficiency for any liquid fuel, and produces no carbon monoxide and no fine particulates. Its core is a nozzle technology that generates ultra-fine fuel droplets, whose good atomisation enables complete combustion and thus clean exhaust gases. The burner has been externally tested and certified. Target groups are residential, commercial and industrial heating; further applications of the nozzle technology include humidification and cooling, the application of coatings and oils, the atomisation of oil-based fragrances, and injection systems for engines. The company's goal is to avoid 3.9 million tonnes of CO2 over the next five years.
