This is who we are

Since 2000, heatsystems has been developing and manufacturing large electric heating elements and heating systems for industrial customers at its site in Reichshof / Wehnrath in North Rhine-Westphalia. The portfolio comprises cartridge heaters, tubular heating elements, oval tubular heating elements, spiral tubular cartridges, nozzle heating elements, heating bands as well as ceramic and micanite heating elements for tool heating. For plant engineering, the company manufactures electric flow heaters, tank heaters, flanged immersion heaters, duct air heaters, inline heaters, heavy fuel oil preheaters, vessels as well as shell-and-tube, plate and pharma heat exchangers, including control technology. Manufacturing includes TIG welding with high weld seam quality for hygienic design versions as well as finer production work in the company's own ceramics department. In addition to explosion-proof versions (ATEX) and low-dead-space or dead-space-free pharma versions, the company offers component test certificates according to the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and custom designs. Fields of application range from industry and life science to plant engineering, injection molding, asphalt mixing plants and cement works.
