HEB Bestrahlungstechnik AG, based in Wedel (Schleswig-Holstein), has been developing and manufacturing customized UV and IR irradiation systems for technical and medical applications since 1980. The portfolio includes IR irradiation modules for heating, drying, bonding and forming as well as UV modules for curing, sterilization and surface treatment, including heating modules for PET bottle production deployed worldwide. In addition, high-temperature-resistant ceramic fiber components up to 1200 °C are manufactured for insulation, radiation guidance and heat protection, and impulse welding is offered as a precise welding service with low heat input. Quartz glass processing and sheet metal processing are carried out together with specialized partners. Customers come from the beverage and food industry, the automotive sector, semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, medical technology, and hospitals. The company develops light and UV-A-to-C therapeutic devices as well as phototherapy devices. Manufacturing follows certified processes (ISO 9001), and development extends from the idea to the production-ready solution.
