HEB-Systemtechnik GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2005 in Vlotho by valve technology specialists Oliver Höfer and Uwe Eikmeier, initially with a focus on a newly developed valve distributor for wastewater treatment technology, system valve blocks and refined coaxial valves. Today the company sees itself as a partner from idea to production in fluid, valve and fittings technology. Its value chain includes CNC milling (including 5-axis machining centers Mazak CV5-500 and VCN430), CNC turning, laser cutting, automated welding via welding robot, plastic injection molding on an ARBURG Allrounder 320 C (clamping force 500 kN, shot weight 2–105 g) as well as FDM 3D printing (Ultimaker 5S) for prototypes and small series. In addition, the company offers assembly, material procurement, surface treatment (painting, galvanizing, anodizing) and the further development of hydraulic/pneumatic assemblies into compact system blocks. Own product lines are tool cooling (Mini Plug) with distributors, coolant nozzles and hose sets as well as valve technology for small wastewater treatment plants. Customer industries include mechanical engineering, wastewater/sewage technology, medical technology, electrical engineering and automotive. The design department works exclusively in 3D.
