The company develops customized solutions for the pharmaceutical, life sciences, food, chemical, cosmetics and battery manufacturing industries – from components and modular solutions through to turnkey systems. The portfolio includes systems for filling, discharging, dosing/weighing, conveying, breaking/crushing, sieving and sampling of powders and granulates, including single-use isolators and containment applications up to OEB Level 5. From the first sketch through CAD design to the finished system, HECHT offers everything from a single source. In its own technical center in Pfaffenhofen, trials can be carried out under real production conditions, e.g. CIP/WIP cleaning including riboflavin testing. Systems meet GMP and FDA requirements, as demonstrated by a special system with an annual throughput of 17,000 tonnes for industrial enzyme production. The offering is complemented by rental service, leasing, installation, FAT/SAT qualification, inspections, maintenance and aftersales management.
