About Hecker Kunststofftechnik
Hecker Kunststofftechnik GmbH & Co. KG in Dortmund has been manufacturing technical drawing parts made of transparent plastics such as PLEXIGLAS® (acrylic/PMMA), Exolon® GP (Makrolon®/polycarbonate), LEXAN®, PETG, VIVAK®, PVC and antistatic ESD sheets (EUROPLEX® SDX-F) for over 50 years. The production spectrum includes sawing, cutting, laser cutting, CNC milling, drilling, moulding, forming, hot bending, bending, edge bevelling as well as finishing by polishing, printing and painting. Production is carried out according to customer drawings as single parts and series — from machine protective enclosures and protective covers to components for medical and laboratory technology, functional and simulation models, special tubes and filling funnels, through to technical displays, semi-finished products and blanks up to 3×2 m. Only original PLEXIGLAS® from POLYVANTIS is used as the material. Customer industries include mechanical engineering, medical and laboratory technology, the electronics and semiconductor industry, cleanroom technology, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, as well as lighting and luminaire construction and design. The management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV NORD CERT GmbH.

Exolon® GP (Makrolon®/Polycarbonate)
Impact-resistant and robust, preferably used for machine enclosures, protective covers and transparent partitions.
LEXAN®
Polycarbonate for robust transparent drawing parts made to customer drawings.
PETG
Transparent plastic for custom components in single-part and series production.
VIVAK®
Thermoformable transparent plastic for moulded components.
PVC transparent
For cut blanks and ESD applications with light transmittance of approx. 75 %.
EUROPLEX® SDX / SDX-F (antistatic, ESD)
Electrostatically dissipative polycarbonate for electronics, semiconductor and cleanroom technology; SDX-F is suitable for thermoforming.
LED diffuser panels (extruded PMMA sheet)
Highly light-diffusing sheets for LED luminaires with high light transmission.
