The HECKER WERKE GmbH, headquartered in Weil im Schönbuch near Stuttgart, is a fourth-generation family business that has been developing and manufacturing seals and friction elements for over 120 years. The product portfolio includes GSM® seals and molded parts, EURAFLON® PTFE products, polyurethane products, gland packings made from natural, synthetic and inorganic fibers as well as AEGIRA® mechanical seals for rotating shafts. The compounds for the elastomer products are developed and produced in-house; under the HECKER SCIENCE® brand, the company also offers research, development and design of components and special solutions. The focus is on manufacturing small and medium-sized series with individual custom seals alongside standard products. Customers come from the mechanical engineering, automotive and general industrial sectors.
