About HEERO Motors
HEERO Motors GmbH, headquartered in Munich, develops fully electric light commercial vehicles for the European market. At the core is a purpose-built electric chassis in the 3.5 and 4.25 tonne class with a single cab and two wheelbases, designed as a base for bodies such as box bodies, refrigerated/flatbed bodies, workshop fit-outs or minibuses, and intended to work with a European network of body manufacturers. Vehicles of the HEERO brand have been in commercial use in Europe since 2022 – in scheduled and on-demand transport, in municipal fleets, in the trades and in logistics. The HEERO brand and HEERO Motors as well as the domain were transferred to HEERO Motors GmbH in 2026 as part of an asset deal; there is no universal succession of the former brand owner. The conversion of existing vehicles is no longer part of the offering and is handled by TO ZERO. HEERO Motors operates in development and sales and offers service concepts such as a workshop partner network (HEERO Hubs), remote diagnostics, updates over the air and training.
