Hegema GmbH, based in Meckesheim, is a family-owned company with service expertise in drive technology. Started as an armature winding shop almost 50 years ago, the company today handles a wide range of tasks in the fields of mechanics, winding technology and electronics. Core services are the maintenance and repair of electric motors, AC/DC servo motors, pumps and spindles for machine tools. In the servo motor repair center, encoder systems are parameterized, electronic nameplates are uploaded, and the drives are tested on in-house test benches on the original servo drive. A pump repair center covers repair, maintenance and conversion in pump technology, complemented by mechanical manufacturing, on-site assembly and disassembly, and the repair of explosion-protected machines in accordance with BetrSichV. Winding technology ranges from rapid prototype production to small-series production of three-phase and DC windings.
