About Heger Edelstahl
Heger Edelstahl GesmbH, based in Schardenberg (Upper Austria), has specialized in stainless steel processing for industrial plant engineering since 1989. The company develops and manufactures heat recovery systems, vessels and pressure vessels, heat exchangers, as well as machinery and custom-made products in stainless steel – from process engineering design and 3D construction to assembly, commissioning and service. Its own production facility with 2,000 m² of production space includes, among other things, a waterjet cutting machine, a CNC press brake, a longitudinal seam welding machine for vessels up to Ø 4,000 mm, welding robots and its own pickling plant. Production is carried out in V2A (1.4301), V4A (1.4404/1.4571), special alloys such as 1.4539, 1.4435 and 1.4462, as well as mild steel and boiler plate in accordance with AD2000 and PED 2014/68/EU. Customers come from biomass and energy technology, the food, chemical and process industries, environmental and wastewater engineering, and mechanical and plant engineering.
