About us
HEGGEL GmbH is a manufacturer of industrial protective coating systems "Made in Germany" headquartered in Essen with an Executive Office in Düsseldorf. The product portfolio includes corrosion protection coatings for industrial plants, acid-resistant tiles and cements, glass-fibre-reinforced synthetic resin laminate systems (FRP linings), floor coating systems as well as paste-like repair mortars for machinery and equipment. The systems protect concrete and steel surfaces against chemical and mechanical stress, including at elevated temperatures and under abrasive conditions. The repair systems are used to rebuild damaged hard-rubber-lined, soft-rubber-lined, enamelled and coated installations. Customers include, among others, the chemical industry and operators of industrial plants; floor systems are offered for residential, commercial and industrial surfaces. The development approach aims at reliable protection without hazardous organic chemicals and with short installation time.
