About HeickTech
HeickTech is a company founded in 1989 in Bad Bramstedt (Schleswig-Holstein) that manufactures packaging machines and systems for the food, pet food and packaging industries. Its core competence is ultrasonic net packaging (since 1995), with machines such as USG340, USG341, USG540, USG550 and the high-performance machine USG1040, which achieve packing rates of over 100 cycles per minute. In addition, HeickTech manufactures vertical tube bagging systems (VFFS, BX series), flowpackers (DK series), linear and multihead weighers, net unwinding machines, hand clippers, conveyor belts, rotary tables as well as label feeding and thermal transfer printing systems. Product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel VA 304 (1.4301); processed materials include PE and OPP films, laminated films, recyclable mono films and compostable PLA bio-nets. Besides machine manufacturing, the company offers industrial automation, PLC programming (Siemens, Omron), control cabinet and controls construction, retrofit/plant modernization, service & maintenance as well as spare parts. Sales partners exist in the United Kingdom and Portugal (Madeira, Azores). The owner is Marcus Heick.
