Heiko Schätzchen Handelsgesellschaft & techn. Service has been a partner for customized packaging machines and feeding systems since 1997. Under the PACKMAT® brand, the company offers special machines such as chain bag machines, tube bag machines, bag machines and custom-made feeding systems as well as the camera-based multi-counter for bulk goods with a counting accuracy of 99.9 % to ISO standard. The range of services includes feeding and collating, piece-accurate counting and weighing, sorting, picking, marking by thermal transfer or label, and packaging in chain bags, stand-up pouches, simple bags, paper bags, flow packs and cartons. For medical technology, cleanroom-compatible packaging with PE, Tyvec/PE and laminated PET/PE film is offered, while for the automotive and metal engineering sectors packaging in VCI film is available. In addition, the company provides machine service, maintenance, repair and spare parts for PACKMAT and ABG-Packmat machines from year of manufacture 2004. Locations are Selmsdorf (head office, North) and Villingendorf (service base, South).
