The HEILBRONN Unternehmensgruppe, headquartered in Heilbronn, has been manufacturing presses and automation equipment for the sheet metal processing industry for more than 70 years. The product range includes single-column and double-column presses with eccentric, servo or link drive (Link Drive) as well as complete punching lines with coil feed and parts automation. Together with its partner SUMIKURA, the company supplies cut-to-length lines (material width up to 2,300 mm, coil weight up to 30 t) and slitting/longitudinal cutting lines (material thickness 0.15–12.0 mm, up to 300 m/min) for steel, stainless steel and aluminium, as well as blanking lines for automotive applications in outer-panel quality. The offering is complemented by services such as repairs, retrofit/overhauls, machine relocation, UVV safety inspections and used machinery, as well as a network of punching shops and toolmakers in Turkey built up over more than 12 years for outsourcing and contract manufacturing.
