TamanGa is the health resort and seminar centre of Dr. Ruediger Dahlke in Gamlitz in Southern Styria, Austria. It is operated via the billing address Heilkundeinstitut Dahlke GmbH & Co KG in Hitzendorf. Offerings include traditional fasting weeks such as 'Körper – Tempel der Seele' (Body – Temple of the Soul) and 'Fasten – Schweigen – Meditieren' (Fasting – Silence – Meditation) in spring and autumn, fasting and hiking weeks as well as pleasure-fasting and detox weeks. In addition, there are seminars and events, DaSeinsZeit stays, and bed & breakfast and half-board accommodation. The vegan organic cuisine following the Peace Food concept uses predominantly ingredients from the resort's own organic farm, including fresh smoothies and herbal teas from the garden. Groups have the option of renting the entire centre or hermitage contingents, especially from November to March; accommodation ranges from single and double hermitages to rooms and suites and a group dormitory.
