Heinemann HNO Medizintechnik GmbH, originally from Hamburg, has been producing ENT treatment units and ENT diagnostic devices since 1983. Furthermore, it operates as a consultant and sales partner, covering everything from practice planning to full equipment provision in clinics and practices. The modular treatment units in the MODULA series can be configured to the customer's specifications in color (RAL colors) and equipment; the range includes mobile units as well as water and air calorimeters and VNG systems for balance diagnostics. Production includes assembly and final testing; additionally, ENT microscopes (Karl Kaps, Carl Zeiss), chairs, headlamps, cameras, and instruments are distributed. The customer base includes ENT clinics and practices as well as state hospitals, notably in large orders to Belarus (80 units) and Russia (251 units). Since 2013, the company's own headquarters, comprising administration, production, and service, has been located in Kaltenkirchen (Schleswig-Holstein); another site is Perleberg/OT Schönfeld; branches exist in Moscow and for the CIS states.
