heinrich-computer is a sole proprietorship founded in 1989 by Alexander Heinrich, based in Germersheim, and since 1997 with a retail store in Speyer. The original focus was software development of the MAXIDAT database, which found buyers throughout Europe. This was followed by the assembly of computers and servers with a specialization in SCSI technology and 1U systems, as well as the maintenance and repair of PC hardware. The service portfolio covers troubleshooting, memory and component upgrades, Windows and software installation, virus checks, BIOS updates, on-site service, network installation and cabling, as well as a 24-hour emergency service with delivery service for events. For many years the company was an IBM and Lenovo Premium Business Partner and continues to support older IBM and Lenovo devices such as servers, notebooks and workstations. Customers include public institutions, large and small companies, self-employed individuals and private end customers in Speyer and within a radius of about 50 km. The retail store is currently closed; the website is being redesigned.
