heinrichs drehteile is a fourth-generation, medium-sized family company headquartered in Dommershausen-Dorweiler in the Hunsrück region. The company manufactures precision turned parts, sealing screws with soft seals, vent valves, oil sight glasses, nozzles and magnetic sealing screws, as well as customer-specific drawing parts. Production takes place on CNC lathes and cam-controlled multi-spindle automatic lathes in a diameter range of Ø 5 mm to Ø 160 mm; around 100 million turned parts in more than 2,000 variants are produced annually. Materials processed include free-cutting steel, carbon steels, stainless steel (Nirosta), aluminium and brass, also in lead-free versions. The company sees itself as a development partner with its own Heinrichs standards (HN), patents, an in-house tool grinding shop and special machine construction (including the seal ring assembly machine DiRiMo). Customers come from the automotive industry, mechanical and gearbox engineering, hydraulics, pneumatics, drive and fluid technology, agricultural technology as well as heavy duty. Trading subsidiaries with warehouses in the USA (Erlanger, Kentucky) and Brazil (Curitiba) supply more than 35 countries worldwide.
