HEINZ AUTOMATIONS-SYSTEME GmbH was founded in 1989 and specializes in the development and manufacture of precision automation solutions. The portfolio comprises high-precision indexing drives and cam mechanisms, which are used in high-performance machines with up to 2000 cycles per minute as well as in indexing dial machines. The company has more than 30 years of expertise in cam manufacturing and realizes a vertical range of manufacture of 95%. Production takes place at the Elsterwerda plant, while the head office is located in Bensheim. In addition to standard products, custom cams such as planar groove cams, cylindrical cams and contract-manufactured cams are also produced. Since the acquisition of all rights, drawings and documentation of Manifold® Indexing Ltd. in 2001, HEINZ has also supplied spare parts and original replacement drives for Manifold® gearboxes. CAD data is provided for almost all products.
