Heinz Bonaventura Fördertechnik is a specialist company for forklifts and racking systems based in Merchweiler in the Saarland. At its Merchweiler site, the company operates a central spare parts center connected to the national spare parts system and the corresponding overnight distribution system. The service spectrum includes repair and maintenance, safety inspections, operator training — also at customers' premises — rental of forklifts and construction machinery, and financing consulting. Qualified service technicians are on site at short notice at the customer with commonly used original spare parts in the customer service vehicle.
