Heinz Gräber GmbH in Berglen (Baden-Württemberg) produces technical rubber molded articles and rubber-to-metal bonds, drawing on more than 50 years of experience in rubber processing. The product range includes rubber molded parts, sealing frames and seal plates, (axle) boots and hoses as well as rubber-to-metal bonds and drive rollers – all individually made to customer requirements. Rubber, natural rubber, silicone and elastomers are processed; manufacturing capabilities include vulcanization, die-cutting of stamped parts, waterjet cutting and the assembly/kitting of rubber products. A special focus is on handcrafted prototypes and small series, which are produced exclusively in Germany (Made in Germany). The products are used, among other things, in the automotive industry, for example as cylinder head and valve seals, vibration dampers, bellows, diaphragms and shaft seals.
