About the Lutze Group
The Lutze Group, headquartered in Einbeck, is a third-generation family business offering solutions in three areas: conveyor technology and wear protection, rock and mineral processing, and polyurethane technology. At its own plant in Einbeck, the company fabricates and repairs rubber conveyor belts of its own LUCON brand, lightweight belts made of PVC, PU and PE (LUWILITE), and plasterboard belts; this includes cutting, punching, applying cross cleats and sidewalls up to 2,000 mm belt width, and hot vulcanization up to 3,200 mm width. A proprietary contract-based production facility manufactures custom polyurethane molded parts (LUWITAN® wear protection plates) and spray coatings (LUWISPRAY). Through the Lutze Process companies, the firm distributes mobile crushers, screening plants and stackers from, among others, Metso, Sandvik, FABO and RubbleCrusher, operates a rental fleet, and supplies spare and wear parts. With over 40 service locations in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Norway and around 530 employees, the group offers 24/7 installation, repair and splicing services for industries such as quarrying and aggregates, mining, recycling, chemicals, energy, food, and the gypsum industry.

Quality & Certification
Every LUCON setting belt undergoes a complete visual inspection before delivery from Einbeck, including checking of cover thickness and hardness at multiple points, with a test report sent to the customer. Technicians are continuously trained at the in-house academy in Einbeck; several companies are certified to ISO 9001 or VCA.
